“First Facility Management has been running our building since July of 2020. They are so professional and a delight to work with. Since taking over the management of the building, they have put an excellent maintenance schedule in place, which is helping the building to run more efficiently. They oversee the gardening and cleaning of the building and it really shows. The building has never looked so good. In between tenants I had a leaky shower mixer in the ensuite. They were able to source a cartridge, despite the fact that the brand is no longer in production. I couldn’t believe that there was no delay in turning my unit around for the next tenant.”
